Sakura Pistachio Cream
This cocktail is a quiet celebration of spring—where pistachio cream meets the gentle floral aroma of sakura. The Japanese gin brings delicate botanicals into the mix, creating a drink that’s both rich and refreshing. Garnished with crushed pistachios and cherry blossom flakes, it’s as beautiful as it is comforting. Think of it as a soft breeze through a blooming grove.
Ingredients:
Cocktail
0.5 oz pistachio crème oat milk creamer
0.5-1 tsp sakura extract (depends how floral you like it)
1.5 oz gin (I used a Japanese gin)
0.5 oz white creme de cacao
Optional: cherry blossom flakes and pistachio flakes (recipe is here) for garnish

1.5 oz pistachio crème oat milk creamer
Optional: 0.5 tsp sakura extract
Instructions:
Cocktail
Add pistachio creamer, sakura extract, and gin into the shaker.
Put an ice cube or two into the shaker and shake.
Pour out the drink into a cocktail glass.
Creamer
Using a handheld milk frother, froth the creamer until it’s mostly froth.
Pour the creamer on top of the drink.
Feel free to sprinkle cherry blossom flakes and pistachio flakes for garnish.
