Ingredients:

• 1 egg white

• 2 oz whiskey

• 3/4 oz lemon juice

• 1/4-1/2 oz gingerbread syrup (Recipe is here)

• Optional: gingerbread for garnish

Instructions:

1. Put the egg white into the shaker.

2. Then put in black whiskey, lemon juice and maple syrup into the shaker.

3. Shake. Then put in ice and shake again.

4. Pour into a cocktail glass with a strainer.

5. Optional: garnish with gingerbread
