Oolong Apple Brandy Sour

 
 

Smooth, foamy, and layered with warmth, this cocktail brings together the crispness of apple brandy, the depth of oolong tea, and the rich sweetness of maple syrup. The egg white gives it that silky texture, making each sip feel like a cozy autumn breeze. Perfect for fall but just as enjoyable any time you’re craving something crisp, comforting, and refined.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white

  • 2 oz oolong-infused apple brandy (Recipe is here)

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 1/4-1/2 oz maple syrup

  • Optional: apple for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Put the egg white into the shaker.

  2. Then put in oolong-infused apple brandy, lemon juice and maplesyrup into the shaker.

  3. Shake. Then put in ice and shake again.

  4. Pour into a cocktail glass with a strainer.
