A soft, citrus-forward sour featuring Aperol, yogurt liqueur, fresh lemon, and vodka. Finished with a cloud of egg-white foam and a strawberry powder-dusted lip print.

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 oz aperol or strawberry-infused aperol

  • 1 oz vodka

  • 0.5 oz yogurt liqueur

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • Optional: strawberries powder for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Put the egg white into the shaker.

  2. Then put in aperol or strawberry-infused, vodka, yogurt liqueur and lemon juice into the shaker.

  3. Shake. Then put in an ice cube and shake again.

  4. Pour into a cocktail glass with a strainer.

  5. Optional: garnish with strawberries powder
