This drink is sweet, soft, and seriously romantic, the kind of cocktail that feels perfect for Galentine’s, Valentine’s, or honestly just a cute night in.

For this recipe, I infused fresh strawberries into SWOL Tequila, a limited-edition, small-batch añejo made from top-grade Blue Weber agave. To complement the strawberry infusion, I added a few dashes of cardamom bitters.

Whether you’re serving this at a party or pouring yourself a moment to savor, Strawberry Cardamom Kiss strikes that perfect balance of sweet, smooth, and sophisticated.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz strawberry-infused tequila (I used SWOL Tequila)

  • 2-3 drops cardamom bitters

  • Ice cube

Instructions:

  1. Put a big ice cube into the glass.

  2. Pour in the strawberry-infused tequila.

  3. Drop 2-3 drops of chocolate bitters.

  4. Stir.
