Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white

  • 2 oz oolong black tea-infused whiskey (Recipe is here)

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 1/4-1/2 oz maple syrup

  • Optional: flower for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Put the egg white into the shaker.

  2. Then put in black oolong-infused whiskey, lemon juice and maple syrup into the shaker.

  3. Shake. Then put in ice and shake again.

  4. Pour into a cocktail glass with a strainer.
