Strawberry-Infused Tequila

This infusion blends ripe, juicy strawberries with tequila, creating a spirit that’s naturally sweet, subtly floral, and full of fresh summer flavor. The strawberries mellow out the tequila’s bite, making it perfect for brightening up margaritas, adding a fruity twist to spritzes, or sipping over ice for a simple, refreshing treat.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 cup (16oz) of tequila

  • 10-20 strawberries (adjust it based on your container size)

Instructions:

  1. Cut each strawberry into two or four pieces.

  2. Put them into a container like a mason jar.

  3. Pour in the tequila.

  4. To keep your strawberry-infused tequila fresh and flavorful, store it in the refrigerator for up to one month.

  5. When you like the taste, strain out all strawberry solids using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to prevent spoilage. I personally strain it out after about 1-2 weeks.

  6. Transfer the infused tequila into a clean, airtight glass bottle or jar and keep it chilled.

Enjoy!

Note: If you notice any off smells, cloudiness, or an unexpected change in taste, it's best to discard and make a fresh batch.
