Strawberry Mezcal Old Fashioned
A bold and elegant creation, this cocktail combines strawberry-infused mezcal with chocolate bitters, delivering a harmonious blend of smoky, sweet, and subtly bitter notes—perfect for a romantic Valentine’s Day celebration or a fun Galentine’s celebration with friends!
Ingredients:
2 oz strawberry-infused mezcal (Recipe is here)
2-3 drops chocolate bitters
Optional: 1/4 oz strawberry syrup (Recipe is here)
Ice cube
Instructions:
Put a big ice cube into the glass.
Pour in the strawberry-infused mezcal.
Pour in strawberry syrup.
Drop 2-3 drops of chocolate bitters.
Stir.
