Japanese Black Tea Italicus Spritz
A refined riff on the classic spritz, this cocktail features black tea–infused Italicus, an Italian bergamot liqueur, topped with crisp Prosecco and soda water. The bold tannins of Japanese black tea balance beautifully with Italicus’s citrusy floral notes, creating a sparkling sip that’s refreshing, complex, and perfect for warm afternoons or golden hour gatherings.
Ingredients:
1-1.5 oz Black tea-infused Italicus (infused the black tea leaves into the Italicus for about 3-6 hours)
Prosecco
Soda water
Optional: garnish with lemon or flower
Instructions:
Pour in black tea-infused italicus.
Put in ice.
Pour in prosecco.
Optional: Top off with soda water.
Optional: Garnish with lemon or flower.
Note: This is just for presentation. In reality, the ice cube will dilute this drink, so I’d serve it without ice.
