Green Tea Tiramisu
@sipswithkilala Green Tea Tiramisu 🍵🥛🍹 This cocktail is a decadent twist on the classic Italian dessert, blending mascarpone, green tea, and the warmth of Marsala wine into a creamy, indulgent sip. the green tea powder brings a depth that balances the sweetness of vanilla vodka and the velvety texture of mascarpone cream. A dusting of green tea powder ties it all together, making this a true dessert-in-a-glass experience. A sip of creamy indulgence with the elegance of matcha and the richness of classic tiramisu—would you try this twist? Note: Matcha is made from tencha leaves, finely ground for a smooth texture and rich umami. Green tea powders like Arabikicha come from kabuse sencha, are slightly coarser, roasted for aroma, and mix easily without a whisk. Ingredients: 1/4 or 1/2 tsp green tea powder - I used Arabikicha (green tea powder) from Wakoen, a renowned tea manufacturer in Kagoshima, Japan Ingredients • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka or (1 oz vanilla vodka & 0.5 oz of vodka if you like it less sweet) • 0.5 oz marsala • 4-5 TBSP mascarpone cream (Recipe is on my website) • Optional: ladyfinger and green tea powder . . . #drinkrecipes #cocktails #drinks #cocktailrecipeideas #sanjose #greentea #greenteapowder #matcha #vanillavodka #vanilla #mixology #cocktailideas #wakoen #tea #sipswithkilala #cocktailrecipes #vodka ♬ Candy Rain x Slow Down - OJ The DJ

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 or 1/2 tsp green tea powder - I used Arabikicha (green tea powder) from Wakoen, a renowned tea manufacturer in Kagoshima, Japan

  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka or (1 oz vanilla vodka & 0.5 oz of vodka if you like it less sweet)

  • 0.5 oz marsala

  • 4-5 TBSP mascarpone cream (Recipe is here)

  • Optional: ladyfinger and green tea powder

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, green tea powder, vanilla vodka, marsala, and a spoonful of mascarpone cream. You can sift the green tea powder beforehand, but I didn’t find it necessary.

  2. Put in an ice cube into the shaker.

  3. Shake for a few seconds or until you see no more green tea powder clumps.

  4. Strain the drink into a cocktail glass.

  5. Gently spoon the mascarpone cream over the top.

  6. Optional: Garnish with a ladyfinger and a dusting of green tea powder.
