Gem of Spring
A delicate and floral cocktail, this drink combines sakura extract with the creamy richness of white crème de cacao and the smooth botanicals of gin. Coconut water adds a refreshing, tropical twist, while a big ice cube with a frozen cherry blossom inside, resembling a gem, adds an elegant and visually striking element. The result is a beautifully balanced blend of floral, sweet, and cocoa notes, perfect for a light and sophisticated sip.
Ingredients:
1 tsp sakura (cherry blossom) extract
0.5 oz white creme de cacao
1 oz coconut water
1.5 oz gin
Big ice cube
Instructions:
In a mixing glass, combine sakura extract, white creme de cacao, coconut water, gin.
Add ice and stir gently for 10–15 seconds to chill.
Place a large ice cube in a cocktail glass, then strain the mixture over the ice.
