Mascarpone Cream

 

This light yet luscious mascarpone cream is the perfect balance of richness and sweetness. Made with mascarpone and Elmhurst Sweet Cream Cashew Creamer for a slightly lighter touch, it's delicately sweetened with powdered sugar and enhanced with a hint of vanilla. A pinch of salt adds depth, making it a versatile topping for cocktails, desserts, or anything that needs a creamy, indulgent finish.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup mascarpone

  • 1/4 cup Elmhurst Sweet Cream Cashew Creamer (I just wanted it to be a little less fatty so used this instead of heavy whipping cream)

  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup powdered sugar (Depends how sweet you want it)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a bowl.

  2. Using a mixer, mix it until it’s fluffy or at the texture you like it at. For me, it took about 2-3 minutes to get the perfect texture.
