Served over ice cubes with frozen cherry blossoms inside, it’s light, bubbly, and subtly sweet, evoking the beauty of cherry blossoms in every sip.

Ingredients:

• 1-1.5 tsp sakura extract

• 1.5 oz gin

• Tonic water

Instructions:

Sakura Gin Mixture

1. In a glass, combine sakura extract and gin.

2. Stir well with a spoon or whisk by hand until fully incorporated.

Cocktail

1. Put ice cubes into the cocktail glass.

2. Pour in tonic water.

3. Pour the sakura gin mixture slowly over the top of the ice to have that layer effect.

4. Stir before drinking.
