Ingredients:

• 1 oz red shiso concentrate

• 3 oz prosecco

• Top it off with soda water

• Ice cubes

• Optional: shiso leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Cocktail

1. Pour in red shiso concentrate.

2. Put ice cubes into the glass.

3. Pour in some prosecco.

4. Top it off with soda water.

5. Stir before drinking.

6. Optional: garnish with shiso leaves
