Matcha Spritz
A refreshing twist on a classic spritz, this cocktail blends matcha with the vanilla and citrus notes of Licor 43. Topped with champagne and a splash of soda water, it’s light, bubbly, and gently sweet with a smooth tea finish. Elegant but easy to sip, it’s the kind of drink that feels just as fitting for a sunny afternoon as it does for a celebratory toast.
This drink was especially perfect for my engagement party, which followed a matcha green and lemon yellow theme. The vibrant green color of the matcha paired beautifully with the bright citrus notes and sparkling bubbles, making it feel both festive and on-theme. It was refreshing, celebratory, and the kind of cocktail that feels made for sharing with friends and family during a joyful moment. 💚🍋🥂
