Black Tea Italicus
A refreshing balance of black tea, citrusy Italicus, and shochu, finished with a bright hint of lemon. Light, floral, and complex, it’s a delicate fusion of Japanese tea and Italian flair.
Ingredients:
0.5 oz Italicus
1 oz black tea (0.5 tsp black tea leaves & 1 oz water) - cooled down
1 oz shochu
Optional: garnish with lemon or flower
Instructions:
Brew black tea and let it cool.
In a shaker, combine Italicus, black tea, and shochu.
Put in ice and shake.
Pour into cocktail glass.
Optional: garnish with lemon or flower.
Note: This is just for presentation. In reality, the ice cube will dilute this drink, so I’d serve it without ice.
