Strawberry Rum Sour

The movie, Wicked has enchanted fans everywhere, so why not celebrate with some magical, themed cocktails!

These colorful drinks—a pink Strawberry Rum Sour and a green Kiwi Rum Sour—are inspired by the vibrant characters of the beloved musical-turned-movie. They're fun, flavorful, and perfect for a Wicked viewing party or just a whimsical weekend treat. Cheers to a wickedly good time!

Ingredients:

• 2 strawberries

• 1 oz lemon juice

• 1 egg white

• 2-2.5 oz rum

• 1 dash bitters

• 0.5 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

1. Put strawberries and lemon juice together and blend.

2. Strain it into a cocktail shaker.

3. Put in egg white, rum, a dash of bitters and simple syrup into the shaker.

4. Shake. Then add in an ice cube and shake again.

5. Pour into a cocktail glass with a strainer.
