Pistachio milk

Made my own creamy pistachio milk! 🥜✨ So simple to make and perfect for lattes or smoothies —especially if you love pistachios!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of unsalted and unroasted whole pistachios

  • 3 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Soak the pistachios in 3 cups of water overnight in a container to help them blend more easily. I used a glass jar as seen in the photo.

  2. Blend the pistachio-water mixture in a blender until mostly smooth.

  3. Strain it through a strainer. Since blenders vary, you may end up with some leftover bits—these can be dehydrated and used as a garnish for lattes or other dishes. Here is the recipe to dehydrate it.
