I leaned into a soft, sweet Valentine’s theme for the night which included lots of pink, lots of strawberry, and plenty of little details that made it feel extra special. I made strawberry cheesecake cookies (pink cookies), strawberry jam shortbread cookies, jello shots, strawberry tiramisu and everyone brought the cutest Valentine’s-themed snacks, treats and meals to share. The whole spread ended up looking like a dessert table from a rom-com… in the best way.

Of course, one of my favorite parts of the night was curating a drinks menu that matched the vibe. From sweet and playful to elegant and dreamy, each cocktail had its own personality.
Valentine’s-Themed Cocktails
🌸 Aperol Blush
A soft, citrus-forward sour featuring Aperol, yogurt liqueur, fresh lemon, and vodka. Finished with a cloud of egg-white foam and a strawberry powder-dusted lip print.
🍓 Strawberry Cheesecake Sour
This one was a crowd favorite. Inspired by the classic dessert but made into a bright and silky sour, this drink combines vodka, strawberry liqueur, lemon juice, Bols Yogurt Liqueur, and egg white foam. It truly tastes like sipping on a strawberry cheesecake with a citrusy twist.
💋 Strawberry Cardamom Kiss
Soft, sweet, and dreamy, this cocktail was practically made for celebrating love. I infused strawberries into SWOL Tequila, then rounded it out with cardamom bitters for a layered, elegant sip that’s gentle and romantic - like a kiss in a glass.
From bold sips to soft smiles, the night was full of connection and cheer. Whether you came with your ride-or-dies, your sweetheart, or just yourself, it is a feel-good way to celebrate Valentine’s season.
