The drinks were fantastic, but honestly, I couldn't help but focus on the adorable Totoro-shaped cream puffs. They were so overly cute that I had to snap a lot of photos before eating it! In fact, I was so caught up in how cute they were that I didn’t take enough pictures of the drinks, even though they were tasty too. These Ghibli-approved pastries are almost too cute to eat—but trust me, you won’t be able to resist! I highly recommend eating them the moment you buy them—they taste even better fresh.

And as if the cream puffs weren’t enough, the cookies were shaped like Totoro too! I bought a bunch to take home, and they were absolutely delicious. The perfect treat to go with your coffee or enjoy as a sweet snack later.

One thing to note: this place is quite popular, and for good reason. Expect to line up 45 minutes to an hour before opening if you want to sit in the cafe, as it tends to get packed quickly. Trust me, it’s totally worth the wait. Whether you're looking for a relaxing spot to sip on your favorite latte, indulging in some of the cutest (and most delicious) pastries in Tokyo, or taking home some yummy cookies, Tolo Coffee & Bakery is definitely worth adding to your list especially if you are a Ghibli fan like me!
