Sakura Soda

 
 
 

Sakura Soda captures the essence of spring with sakura (cherry blossom) extract. Lightly floral and subtly sweet, it's topped with soda water and served over ice cubes that have cherry blossoms frozen inside for an elegant, effervescent sip. For a boozy twist, add some shochu to enhance the depth and complexity.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 tsp sakura (cherry blossom) extract (depends how floral you like it)

  • Soda water

  • Big ice cube

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail glass, put in the big ice cube.

  2. Pour in sakura extract.

  3. Then pour in the soda water.

  4. Stir.
